I Care America, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity (Federal Tax ID #26-2729352) dedicated to stabilizing lives and preventing food insecurity in the metro America, Georgia area.

All donations made through the Site are voluntary and, except as described in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable.

I Care America is a tax-exempt organization; donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law. Unless otherwise stated, no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you submit and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Donations are processed through a third-party payment processor. I Care America is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by the payment processor, your card issuer, or your financial institution.

Recurring donations (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) will continue to be charged until you cancel in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Property Donations

Property or in-kind donations submitted through our "Donate Property" program are subject to review and acceptance by I Care America. Submitting a property donation inquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

Donors are responsible for determining the value of donated property for their own tax purposes; we recommend consulting a tax professional.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the I Care America name and marks — is the property of I Care America, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
